Chris Fleming
Chris Fleming is the Executive Vice President/General Manager for Neuhoff Media in Lafayette operators of K-105, 98.7 WASK, 93.5 KHY, B 1029 and 101.7 The Hammer. Chris has been in the broadcasting business since 1990, first in New York, later in Michigan, South Carolina, North Carolina, Connecticut, Vermont, Tennessee, Arkansas, Georgia, Texas and New Mexico.
He and his girlfriend, Danette Munson, along with 2 dogs and a cat, relocated to Greater Lafayette in 2017 from Lubbock, Texas. There, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and General Manager at Ramar Communications for ten years, operating 23 Radio and TV stations in two states. Prior to that, he served as a broadcast consultant for New Revenue Solutions. In 2004 he co-founded Atlanta’s CD Broadcasting where he served as VP/Managing Member and in 2001 he co-founded Atlanta’s Archway Broadcasting Group and served as its Executive Vice President of Operations.
Chris is a seasoned executive with start-up, turn around and mature business experience, specializing in management, sales and marketing, and skilled in creating high performance teams that exceed goals. He is a strong, results oriented, bottom line driven, strategic planner with skill set to diagnose complex and diverse problems and create profitable solutions. Chris is a seasoned trainer and motivator able to inspire productivity and creativity.
Along with his involvement in Lafayette Police Foundation Board, Chris serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Broadcasters Association, the board of the Joe Tiller Chapter of National Football Foundation where he is the communication co-chair, and serves on the RAB’s Small Market Advisory Committee. He is a member of the International Broadcaster’s Idea Bank. He is currently part of Leadership Lafayette’s Class 48. He has also been the Ring Announcer for the UFC.
Originally from Massachusetts, Chris graduated from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY with a degree in Communications and a minor in Central and Eastern European History. Chris is certified as an expert in media and marketing by the Radio Advertising Bureau. He is a graduate of the NAB’s Executive Development Program at Georgetown University.
He lives in West Lafayette, Indiana with Danette, Jax, Molly and Moses (the cat).
