Meet Felicia Dale

Felicia Dale

Felicia Dale has 20 years of professional experience in the private sector and non‐ profit organizations. She has acquired skills in a variety of fields such as project management, curation, public relations human resources, sales, marketing and event management. She has an effective knowledge of building systematic workflows, writing policies and building projects from concept to completion.

She has worked lead on such projects as the Commandant’s Home historical preservation project of 2013. Here she secured funding for the project through the Department of Natural Resources, coordinated with the U.S. Navy Seabee’s to provide skilled labor at no cost and made effective use of available resources by contracting other state agencies for the use of equipment; allowing most of the monetary resources to be allocated for purchasing building materials.

Here she serves as Events and Marketing Director. A native of Indiana and raised in Clinton County, Felicia is a 4 year resident of West Lafayette. She and her husband both have found the Greater Lafayette Area to be an advantageous community to build their businesses. She lives with her husband Nate Dale who works as professional photographer in West Lafayette. She is an indoor cycling instructor at a local West Lafayette gym. She loves to travel and experience the culinary delights each region she visits during her travels and looks forward to cuddle time on the sofa with their 9‐pound Shorkie Tzus rescue, Princess.
